RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

"The Church teaches that parents are the primary and principal educators of their children. Because the Christian religion is not merely a subject in school, but rather a whole way of life, education in the faith begins in the home in the child’s earliest years. “Family catechesis precedes, accompanies, and enriches other forms of instruction in the faith.”
(Cf. Catechism of the Catholic Church 2223-2226)
